HOW DO I KNOW THE THERAPIST IS QUALIFIED TO TREAT MY HORSE?

ESMA (Equine Sports Massage Association) therapists have undergone an intense and in-depth diploma regulated by OFQUAL and delivered by Animal Therapy Solutions Ltd. The Open Awards Level 3 Diploma in Equine Sports Massage remains the only regulated qualification in its field.
Graduates are eligible for entry to the Animal Health Professions Register. ESMA Therapists are required to complete CPD to stay up to date with relevant and scientific understandings and studies whilst upholding the ESMA code of conduct and ethics.

WHY CHOOSE SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPY?

Sports Massage is a brilliant form of physical therapy that uses a variety of different techniques to address any musculature asymmetries, uneven tone or restrictions that may occur throughout the body. 
From relieving referred pain, enhancing circulation and lymphatic flow to addressing fatigued muscles or restricted fascia, massage and stretching benefits the body systems as a whole.

HOW LONG DOES A SESSION/TREATMENT TAKE?

For the horse: an initial consultation will take approximately 1-1 1/2hrs. There after approx. 1hr.

Horse and Rider: approximately 2 hrs 

*Important to note that each client is treated as an individual, therefore no two horses/clients are the same. It is important to Maddie that each session/treatment are allocated the appropriate time
