MOC SPORTS THERAPY

Maddie Fielder-Shaw BSc(Hons), Dip ITEC, Dip ESM

Maddie has grown up riding and working with horses from a young age. From being a member of and competing at pony club events to working at rehab, training, stud and dressage yards. She has competed up to medium level at British Dressage and is also enjoying stepping into the world of eventing.

Having graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in 2019 with a degree in Equine Science and Business Management, her qualifications, interest in anatomy and passion for horses led her to train as a human and equine Sports Massage Therapist. 

Maddie attended the Cotswold Academy where she gained her ITEC Level 3 diploma in Human Sports Massage before continuing her training with the leading UK equine massage specialists, the Equine Sports Massage Association (ESMA). Delivered by Animal Therapy Solutions-H Tompkins. Maddie studied at depth to gain the skills and knowledge for the practical hands on physical therapy that is equine sports massage.

Her main passion is how the use of massage can help benefit the horse and rider to achieve better performance and a happier, healthier partnership.
